In order to reach the "One Lenovo" vision for the whole retail presence in the EMEA region, we helped Lenovo and Sketchin to develop a new and consistent design language. The goal was to give strength and consistency across the entire retail ecosystem working on different store formats and touchpoints to provide the best in class brand experience.
The "One Lenovo" experience aims to create a more premium brand perception by shaping a new and compelling offering and increasing the perceived value of Lenovo’s products.
Our holistic approach in defining the Customer Experience is applied on the multiple touchpoints at various stages of the retail journey. This strategy allowed us to deliver a new Lenovo retail experience able of creating desire and stimulating purchase of the brand's products and services.
The pilot of the boutique in Madrid, aims to put into action the application of the design language in a premium environment. Different elements of the ecosystem, materials, forms, services and experiential areas are designed in order to nurture the new Lenovo's design language.
